Ruby Fox Fur Clutch, Handbag of the Day

This Ruby Fox Fur Clutch by Sang A couldn't be much simpler, focusing solely on its luxe ruby-colored fox fur exterior to make a statement -- and I think it does. It certainly draws the eye, it brings warm fuzzies to mind, and it provides the perfect way to add a statement piece to your outfit. The wristlet is detachable, as is the included brushed gold chain shoulder strap. Fully lined in ruby Italian silk satin with one pocket inside. The whole thing measures 6 1/2" x 9" x 4" and is also available in Emerald green. $1,495

Super Bowl Ads Reach $2.7 Million

Most of us are gearing up for the big game this Sunday and although my favorite team isn't playing (Go Broncos!) I still love the hype, the competition, and, of course, the ads! Some of the best, and certainly the most expensive, ads of the year will take place that day at $2.7 million on average for a thirty-second blast. That just about knocked me off my chair -- but according to Fox that isn't such a bad buy. Imagine all the millions of people that will simultaneously be hit with your ad's message -- most likely in a slightly inebriated state! So grab your beer, chips n' dip and a cushy spot on the couch -- they're going to be good.

Faux Fox Stole

Colder weather means that it's time for some cold weather accessories, and nothing keeps you warmer than a snuggly scarf - or better yet, an elegant stole. Rather than use real fur, you can get a knit Fox Stole from Anthropologie. This patchwork fox is made of tartan wool with a fluffy wool tail. It will keep you warm on a cold day and will definitely keep any anti-fur friends happy. As an added bonus, it's much cuter than wearing a real dead animal around your neck. Price: $148.

That 70s Auction for Charity

On eBay, the Fox network is hosting a charity auction to benefit two very worthy causes and to commemorate the end of two of its most popular sitcoms, That 70's Show and Malcolm in the Middle, both of which will have their series finales this coming week. The auction of the props from That 70's Show will benefit The Young Storytellers Foundation, while the proceeds from the Malcolm in the Middle auction will go towards the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Lots include both the couch from the Foreman's living room and the couch from the Malcolm set. My favorite item is the recipe book that Kitty (the mother) used on That 70's Show. The auctions close at 9pm on May17th.
