Berg Properties reports that the rocker has paid $3,783,500 for a three-bedroom house on the Pacific Ocean in Oxnard, California, according to public records. The home was listed at $3.9 million.The three-bedroom home is located on the sand in Mandalay Beach. The home is Grohl's third, he also has a home in Alexandria, Virginia and a four-bedroom in Encino.
