Not everyone in England was a fan of Kraft's takeover of England's Cadbury's brand but one woman has the means to do something about it. The
Daily Mail reports that Felicity Loudon, the great-great-granddaughter of John Cadbury, who founded the business in 1824, is planning to launch her own chocolate company. Loudon, who runs an interior design firm, is planning to sell Pusey House, the home she and her husband, a former merchant banker own near Faringdon, Oxfordshire. The Grade II listed Georgian property is being sold for £27 million. The desire to run her own chocolate brand isn't the only reason for the sale, the pair were looking to downsize. Many are concerned that the Kraft takeover could lead to many of Cadbury's iconic products being discontinued or changes to the historic milk-rich recipe that give Cadbury's its distinctive taste.
