Million-Dollar Supercar Collection for Sale Linked to Sultan of Brunei

An unprecedented collection of exotic sportscars has gone on sale in the South Pacific which reports link to the world's top collector, the Sultan of Brunei.

The collection, which is being brokered out of New Zealand and thought to be currently located in Singapore, contains a dazzling array of European exotics. Among those being offered are 3 Lamborghinis, 2 lightweight Porsche 911 Turbos, a Jaguar XJ220, one of only eight Cizeta V16s ever produced, the ItalDesign BMW Nazca and no fewer than 25 Ferraris. Included in the latter are an Enzo, an F50, an F40, and a custom 512 TR Spider.

The cars are all worth in the six and seven figures, and many of them have never been driven beyond the original factory mileage. They may belong to the sultan himself, or possibly his brother Prince Jefri who has been the subject of controversy of late. Artega GT Slated for Frankfurt Motor Show

The illustrious Henrik Fisker, former Aston Martin designer and creator of the Fisker line of reskinned, coachbuilt sports cars, has done it again, this time in the form of the $100,000+ Argeta GT. The Artega brand name is a spin-off from German auto supplier Paragon, who will showcase this little number in production form at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

The car's meat comes from Volkswagen, where Paragon sourced the Artega GT's 295-horsepower, 3.6-liter FSI V-6 and DSG dual clutch gearbox. VW's deceptively powerful engine pulls the car's mere 2,425 pounds with its 258 pound-feet of torque, which evidently gave Paragon the idea that the car approaches Porsche 911 territory.

The Artega GT will initially be sold in Germany and the rest of Europe, and then in North America, Asia, and the Middle East.

The Gallardo, Now With Wings

Is this really necessary? Check out the latest tuner kit for a Lambo. Inside Line brings us this Gallardo tuning package from Hamann Motorsport. The regular Gallardo has ~~scissor doors that swivel up~~ plain old hinged doors. That's not enough for Hamann, they've created these wing doors that open up and out. Wings will also be available for the Spyder version and older 500-horsepower Gallardo models and they are also working on wings for the BMW 6 Series and the Ferrari F430.

Bentley Diamond Series GT and Arnage

4 Car reports that Bentley will be launching a new Diamond Series of the Continental GT and Arnage at the Geneva Motor Show to commemorate 60 years of production at its Crewe factory. The Continental GT Diamond Series has 14-spoke 20-inch alloy wheels, quilted leather seats, solid aluminum pedals and 420mm ceramic brakes which are reported to be the biggest brakes ever fitted to a production car. There will be 400 of this car available. There will be 60 of the Arnage made with only 30 going to the U.S. It will have 19-inch alloy wheels, a front bumper mesh and a Flying B mascot on the radiator. Inside its got diamond-quilted leather seats, and wood trim which is diamond-quartered using wood with symmetrical graining.
