The Great Diamond Hunt
Now this is my kind of scavenger hunt. Boston jeweler E. B. Horn is holding the "Great Diamond Hunt" on November 11 sending 200 two-person teams scurrying through Boston looking for clues. The grand prize is a 2 ct. t.w. diamond engagement ring worth $25,000. The teams are actually looking for a cubic zirconia laser-inscribed "the winner" that will be exchanged for the diamond ring. Nine other cubic zirconia inscribed "E.B. Horn 1839" are each worth a $500 gift certificate to the store. You can sign up to be in one of the teams at the Great Diamond Hunt website. [via JCK]
