Zontik Games Precision Dice

We love the offerings from Zontik Games. The company deals in high-priced exotic game sets. But one thing we haven't covered is their dice which are included in their luxury games. If you love games of chance, their precision dice are for you. The precision dice provide a fair roll. The rounded-corner dice are filled with material of the same weight and density as the material used for the body of the die, so that that each face is uniform. The paint to fill each hand-drilled spot is weighed to be the precise weight of the removed material, and applied with a hypodermic needle. The dice have to be within 3/10000 of an inch all the way around, with each side meticulously measured. The precision dice are available in five colors.

Douglas Little Rotten Luck Dice

Forget rolling snake eyes, how about a horseshoe and the devil? Quirky designer Douglas Little always likes to flirt with the dark side and his rotten luck dice are no exception. The dice, which are made from made from a zinc alloy and decorated with Swarovski crystals, feature engravings of images traditionally associated with good and bad luck (a horsehoe, the number 13, a skull, a peace sign, the devil, a shamrock). You can test your luck at a discount. Unica Home has knocked 20% off the dice, which come in a box holding a set of five and usually sell for $190.

Vegas Humidor

The Vegas Humidor designed by Elie Bleu is one of the more unusual pieces that we've featured here, as it actually does manage to capture the sprit of Sin City's high rollers. Shaped like a giant die, the humidor is made of natural sycamore and has Tahitian black mother-of-pearl circles inlaid on each face to make up the die pattern. One of the dots is not mother of pearl circle, but a small lock that opens the box. Inside, the humidor holds up to 100 cigars in its deep main compartment with two removable open-slat cedar trays. Price: $3,760.
