The latest celebrity with a jewelry line is Dancing With The Stars cast-off Jane Seymour. Seymour who also has a furniture and home decor line and is a painter, has created Open Hearts by Jane Seymour to be sold at Kay Jewelers. The line was inspired by Seymour's "Healing Hearts" paintings and represents the idea that if one's heart is open it will never stay broken. The two open hearts linked together also symbolize that two people can be one, while still retaining their individuality. The line includes sterling silver charms as well as gold and diamond necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings ranging from under $40 to $1,500. No word on if these jewels benefit charity likePetra Nemcova's heart jewelry does. [via National Jeweler]
Mark Silverstein Tattoo Jewelry

I like the look of these tattoo-inspired designs from Mark Silverstein Imagines. The designs, in gold and diamonds subtly evoke the look of flames on race car or motorcycle. Silverstein, who has been in the diamond and jewelry business for close to 30 years, also specializes in bridal designs that feature engraved platinum. The matching earrings and bracelet for this piece are after the jump.
Guilt-Free Designer Diamonds
Ok, we all saw the movie The Blood Diamond a while back and can no longer avoid contemplating the probability that the sparkly rocks on the market today were perhaps obtained by violence, human-rights abuses, child-labor, or environmental destruction. I practically swore-off buying diamonds all-together after seeing the movie -- for about a week. As conscientious consumers, we therefore must seek out alternative and ethical sources for our need to shine. Poom Fine Jewelry is one of these sources; not only does Poom use "conflict-free" diamonds, but she donates a portion from every sale to various local animal charities. Her designs are unique and current, yet simple and timeless. She has designed for important brides-to-be, movie stars, and has been featured in Elle Magazine numerous times. Her current collection includes very fashionable pieces such as cocktail rings, modern bangles, and circle-motif earrings meant for those of us who still value the elegant understatement in jewelry design. This creation, cleverly-named "Mr. Big" in 18K rose-gold, diamonds, and pink-sapphires, forecasts the hottest upcoming trend in diamond pendant forms: the circular disc. Stay envious and ahead of the rest all the while knowing that with your purchase, you may have saved a child from horrid working conditions and a goat from starvation. "Mr. Big" retails for $5,000.Stoli elit Vodka and Penny Preville Pair Up For Jewelry Benefit Collection

Vodka and diamonds seem like a natural match, equalled in their icy allure. Pricey vodka Stolichnaya elit and jewelry designer Penny Preville have created a diamond collection to benefit DIFFA, Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS. The collection is composed of four pieces, a diamond cuff bracelet, dangling hoop earrings, an elaborately scrolled pendant and a pair of cufflinks featuring emerald cut diamonds. The collection was recently debuted at Soho House and also shown to actress Rosario Dawson and her closet friends aboard the elit branded Gulfstream IV jet. The in-flight fashion show includes a gourmet tasting menu and customized Stoli elit cocktails made with glacier ice as well as on-board facials from esthetician Arsi Tavitian, facialist at Rita Hazan in New York. Now that's a way to see diamonds. The collection will be auctioned off later this year with all of the proceeds benefiting DIFFA which is one of the largest funders of HIV/AIDS service and education programs in the United States. After the jump, each piece of the collection in all its glittering glory.
