David Hasselhoff in Encino, Estate of the Day
Filed under: Estates, Celebrity Shopping

David Hasselhoff has a lot of gold records. That's just one of the surprises to be found in David Hasselhoff's Encino, California home. The Real Estalker revealed that Hasselhoff's home, which was briefly up for sale last summer a price of $5.95 million, is on the market for a new lower price. Hasselhoff's home, which he co-owns with his ex-wife Pamela Bach, sits on an acre lot that includes a pool, tennis court and two guest houses, one of which is currently in use as a gym. The Hasselhoffs bought the home in 1996 for $1.98 million from actor John Goodman.
Inside there are those gold records we mentioned and a decor that belies the exterior Colonial-style facade. The home is heavy on the marble, chandeliers and wrought iron especially in the impressive double-height living room. Beige and brown reign supreme from the tiled floor and granite counter tops in the kitchen to the mud-colored wall-to-wall carpeting in the great room. One shot of color comes from a bedroom that pops with bright turquoise walls and a bubble chair. The huge master suite includes an office and two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and grand expanses of marble countertop. This home is now listed for $4.195 million.
