Salem Yacht For Sale

Superyacht Times brings my attention to another fabulous yacht up for sale. The 241-foot Salem yacht began in 1963 as the Dutch weather ship, Cumulus. The yacht went through a major refit in 1998 at the Devonport shipyard in the United Kingdom and was turned into a luxury cruising yacht. The yacht cruises at 10 to 14 knots and has five decks that can accommodate 48 guests and 43 crew members. Because the yacht was refitted for a Middle Eastern client, the yacht has been configured with a couple of self-contained decks (used to keep men and women separate). The yacht offers a lot of space for her length and is listed at $19.75 million through Edmiston.
