Hello Kitty Doghouse Worth More Than $30,000

If little Fluffy has been a good girl then she might be hoping she has a crystal Hello Kitty dog bed in her future, but you'll need to check your bank balance first as it doesn't come cheap. Containing more than 7,600 crystals and big enough to fit a small lap dog like a chihuahua or terrier, this is not an item that's going to "blend in" amongst your other home decor. Designed and created specifically for a special sales event in a department store in Tokyo, it will be available for sale later this month for $31,660.

Pomona Orange Vessel by Julija Zileniene

Behold the Pomona Orange, from designer Julija Zileniene's Crystals and Wood collection. The designer teamed up with wood-crafter Rytis Zaveckas and Crystal Creations to create this one of a kind vessel. Hand-carved from pear wood and smothered in Swarovski crystals, the piece is segmented to resemble a real orange. 3.8 inches in diameter, this tiny orange would look lovely resting upon the Pomona Fruit Plate. $2300.

Phillips and Swarovski's Active Crystal Collection

There's always room for more bling in our lives, sometimes in the most unlikely of places. It's not that I haven't seen decked out USB drives before, but I guess I just figure if you're going to go there then do it right and go all out. The Phillips-Swarovski Active Crystal collection definitely goes there, squeezing as many Swarovski crystals as possible onto some very cute electronic gadgets. For USB drives there's the 1 GB "Heart Beat," a two-piece locket style, and the 1 GB "Lock-Out," and retractable padlock shaped one, both of which will sell for $179.

The collection also includes headphones and earbuds with large crystals embedded in each ear piece. Available in 4 different designs they will range in price from $79-$149. The entire line is scheduled to come out this August.

On eBay: Swarovski Crystal Collector Grand Piano

If you just can't seem to get enough glitz in your home, you really love music, and you don't mind making obnoxiously large purchases online through eBay, then this one-of-a-kind Swarovski Crystal Collector Grand Piano by Bösendorfer will be right up your alley. Covered with 8,000 hand-cut Swarovski crystals it looks like something an ice princess would have in a fairytale, complete with matching bench. It's listed for a mere $750,000, and the auction ends Monday.

I love eBay, but I will never understand who does this kind of shopping online!

Pandora's Chandelier

Crystal is beautiful by its very nature, so I don't know that anybody could argue that Pandora's Chandelier isn't gorgeous, but there's more here than first meets the eye.

Designed by Fredrikson Stallard, the Pandora's Chandelier consists of thousands of Swarovski crystals individually threaded on motorized wires. What starts out as a very standard and traditional silhouette is soon morphed into something smeared and messy looking, before it quietly returns to repeat the cycle all over again. A little abstract art blended with shimmering hanging Swarovski.

Chandi Design Lily Chandelier

Chandi promotes the Lily Chandelier on their website, but if you just went by the images that they show of the piece, you might never know that the Swarovski crystal beads adorning it were available in any color you might want. Elle Decor pointed this out and presents a much more interesting version of the chandelier in this multi-colored creation. The chandelier measures 21" by 23" and has a shiny steel frame. With the custom bead coloring, the light fixture is priced at $3,410.

Vendome Chair

It wasn't very long ago when the style of armchairs - particularly those found in the living room of grandparents' houses - called for them to be overstuffed and finished with large, uncomfortable buttons. The Vendome Chair, available at Sipure Design in Miami, still uses large buttons to accent and pleat its black wool covering, but the buttons are much improved over grandma's because they are made out of Swarovski crystals. Whether they're more comfortable than alternatives is up to you, though. Price: $3,390.

Limited Edition Swarovski Alizé

The story of Alizé says that the drink was created when a brandy maker fell in love with a jam maker and the two came together into a drink. More likely, this combination would have produced some boozy dessert a la Nigella Lawson, but that is neither here nor there. The drink claims to be the " original drink of love" and in honor of Valentine's Day, Alizé has commissioned a limited run of bottles that are completely covered in sparkling Swarovski crystals. Each bottle is £1000 (almost $2,000) and is filled with Rose Alizé, which is a blend of French Vodka, Cognac, passion fruit, strawberry, lychee and rose.

Whish Body Brushes

The majority of shaving brushes seem to be designed for men or, if not distinctly masculine, are overtly asexual. The Whish Body Brushes are glitzy and designed to appeal to women in much the same way that other bejeweled gadgets and accessories. Each brush is made with 100% badger hair for the best lather possible and sits atop a Swarovski crystal-covered base, available in both full and half sizes. You can select from 19 different crystal color combinations, from jet black to sapphire blue and topaz (pictured, right). Price: $180.

Stefano Ricci Crystal Tie

Crystals are frequently added as accents on women's clothes and handbags, especially during the winter when dark colors need a bit of flash to dress them up. Designer Stefano Ricci decided to apply the same principle to some of his ties. He added swirls of tiny Swarovski crystals to this Italian Silk Formal Tie. It certainly will get some attention and won't fit in everywhere you might want to wear a tie, but it's the perfect choice if you want to get noticed. Price: $1,105.

Bling H2O

Ordinary bottled water is for ordinary people, but for those who really have a taste for the finer things, Bling H2O could be the perfect thirst-quencher. The water comes corked in a 750mL, frosted glass bottle that is studded generously with Swarovski crystals and is far more impressive than anything you'd find in the regular supermarket. It is designed to be a fashion statement and, although the bottle is fairly large, you can tell more about someone carrying one of these around than about someone with a bottle of Arrowhead water - at least, you can according to creator Kevin G. Boyd. More than just an accessory, the water tastes good, too. It won the Gold Medal for taste at the Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting Festival. Bling H2O is priced at $35 per bottle.

World's Most Expensive Dirndl Dress

A dirndl is a type of dress that was traditionally worn in Germany and Austria in the late 19th century. There's no telling whether this style of dress is likely to catch on with any more contemporary dressers, but it is a pretty design, even if it does bring Renaissance fairs to mind. This particular dress is said to be the world's most expensive dirndl dress, studded with 150,000 Swarovski crystals and priced at about $127,000. Come to think of it, the Renaissance fair might really be the perfect place to wear this - especially if you're the queen.

Dishwasher Safe Chandelier

The vast majority of chandeliers do not get cleaned on a regular basis and with good reason: it is a huge hassle to take the thing down, disassemble it, clean each piece and reverse the process. It's a shame, because few things are as beautiful as light reflected through perfectly cleaned crystal. The Schonbek Da Vinci Chandelier could make the whole process much more convenient. It is the first ever machine washable chandelier. The spherical, crystal-covered org is built on a metal frame that separates into several pieces, allowing the chandelier to fit into a standard-sized dishwasher for easily cleaning. Sizes range from 10"-24" in diameter and you can opt to have the Da Vinci built with Swarovski Spectra crystal ($1,750 to $8,795) or Swarovski Strauss ($2,625 to $15,295).

Crystal Roc Instruments

Musicians and other celebrities who pretend to be musicians love bling, no question about it. Crystal Roc Instruments has Swarovski-encrusted microphones, guitars, drum kits and more, all of which are perfect for the pop diva who needs something to draw attention away from the sound of her voice. The line was developed by music producer Morten Schjolin, whose clients include LeeAnn Rhymes and J Lo, and will be available by the end of the year. Pictured here is the Retro Mike, the signature piece of the line, which is expected to retail for around $3,800(£2,000).

Diamonds Wall Clock

Despite the name, the Diamonds Wall Clock has no real diamonds on it. The twelve crystals marking every hour are large Swarovski crystals, and they are still strikingly beautiful, just with a much lower price tag. The face of the clock is made from stainless steel, a setting which enhances the reflectivity of the stones and when the light catches it, few will think about the fact that the "diamonds" aren't real ones. Price: $198.
