Stolen Kisses: Sylvie Fleury Collaborates with Dom Pérignon

Swiss sculptor and mixed media artist Sylvie Fleury has turned her talents to a pair of limited edition crystal wine glasses for Dom Pérignon. Each glass is marked with a seductive hand-painted lipstick stain, hence the title "Stolen Kisses." Each pair is signed and numbered and comes with a bottle of Dom Pérignon's Rosé Vintage 1998.

Produced in a limited edition of 999, these are bound to disappear quickly, unlike Fleury's beguiling statement. The set will be available in November for $600.

Moody, Emotional Daum Crystal Sculptures

Whether you see her as deeply forlorn about something, or just really exhausted from her last routine, this ballerina sculpture cast in green and amber pate de verre crystal and signed by the Daum designer certainly evokes thought as to what the inspiration was behind it. I love this sculpture, and most of the others in the gallery, because they're all so expressive. It's amazing to me how such simple lines and few colors can evoke so much mood and emotion.

The ballerina sits atop a crystal block and measures 12 1.2" high, $5,500.

Spiegelau Beer Glasses

This past holiday weekend beer was the beverage of choice for a lot of people, and although an ice-cold brewski may seem at first glance like one of the most unassuming and simplest of alcoholic beverages the experts at Spiegelau have a different take. They've taken their combined 500 years of experience and created three distinct glasses made especially for bringing out the best in different kinds of beer. Their Beer Classics collection is geared for optimizing the appearance, aroma, taste, and finish of your favorite brew -- get a hold of these glasses and you could find yourself becoming quite the beer snob.

Crystal Piggy

It may look like a piggy bank, but this Crystal Piggy is more likely to help you to spend money than save it. Hand-formed and hand-painted, this chubby little pig would make a darling keepsake for a little girl's room or for anybody who collects pigs. Clear crystals form his tubby silhouette, with pink accents marking his ears and tail. I'm not sure why they didn't just go ahead and make him a bank for coins, but he's still a cutie. Put together with traditional Mexican techniques he measures a generous 12" tall and sells for $1285.

Swarovski Contemporary Lighting

Swarovski crystals are all over everything these days, and interior lighting is no exception. Except in this case we're not talking a crystal chandelier, but crystal used in a different way for unique lighting patterns and beauty. New in a line of contemporary lighting from Swarovski is the Crystal StarLED, the Crystal StarLED Deluxe, and the Atlas Select.

There's a lot going on with these new collections, including both different lighting styles and different bulb arrangements. The one pictured here, the Melody, is one of my personal favorites.

Da Vinci LED Swarovski Crystal Chandelier

Not a chandelier for a timid room or for a timid decorator, the new Da Vinci LED Crystal Chandelier from Schonbek "puts on a dazzling light show." And it's no wonder, since it's both enormous (available in 3 foot and 5 foot diameters) and is made up of hundreds of Swarovski crystals illuminated by either halogen or LED lights from within. The different lighting options mean you can either have a gently glittering moon hovering over your party or (by switching to LED mode) bursts of brightly changing color instead.

It's gorgeous, but I'm sure there are few with a place to put it!
