Massive Orlando Hotel Complex Announced

The InterContinental hotel chain has
announced a massive
new project for Orlando, Florida. The Palazzo del Lago will be an $800
million project in the Lake Buena Vista area on Lake Bryan and will be the largest InterContinental project. The
project includes both a 1,260-room hotel and a 994-unit villa condo project. There will be meeting space, a spa, a
beachside swimming area and five restaurants in the complex. Prices for the condo units will start in the $300,000s and
the project will open in 2009.
