The Bachelorette's Bora Bora Retreat

Last night once again "The Bachelorette" offered kisses, drama and plenty of tears in an idyllic setting. Bachelors Robert Martinez and Chris Lambton met Ali Fedotowsky's family in the final episode which took place at the Hilton Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa on the French Polynesian island of Bora Bora. The resort is a popular honeymoon spot set into a curve of white sand and lava rock plunk in the middle of paradise. In the episode the resort's best features are shown off to full effect as Ali and Roberto kissed in the ocean in the rain by the shadow of the Mt. Otemanu volcano and Ali and her family discussed the men in one of the resort's two-story villas.

Villa suites set above crystalline blue waters offer a private water-side balcony, king canopy bed and glass floor-viewing panels. The suites also feature an Italian marble bathroom and private Jacuzzi. The separate sitting area is equipped with satellite TV and internet access. The resort includes the Ta Le Le Beach Bar, hilltop Nui Spa and the Iriatai Panoramic Restaurant.

The LA Times reports that the hotel is offering a "Bora Bora Is for Lovers" package for $4,995 for two that includes five nights in one of the resort's over-water villas, a daytime picnic lunch on a nearby island and more.

With just three candidates left, Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky headed to the Le Taha'a hotel in Tahiti with her three candidates, Chris Lambton, Roberto Martinez and Frank Neuschaefer on the latest episode of the Bachelorette on ABC. While the course of true love didn't exactly run smoothly, you can't blame the locale. The beautiful Le Taha'a Island Resort & Spa resort is a deeply romantic place to celebrate love. The resort has 48 overwater suites skimming gently above the clear turquoise waters. Viewing platforms set in the floor offer a view of the aquatic life below. The resort features several restaurants including one that overlooks the trees in the garden and another La Plage, located by the pool and beachside.

The hotel has repeatedly been named as one of the top Pacific resorts and is a favorite of honeymooners (Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher just honeymooned there) . To capitalize on all that romance the resort is offering a four-night Bachelorette Package that includes a stay in an overwater bungalow, dinner on the terrace of the suite, a massage for two and more. This package costs $2,650, plus taxes, per couple. Couples can also upgrade the package to include specific experiences seen in the episode like a moonlight dinner on the beach with musical accompaniment or a helicopter flight over Tupai Island and Bora Bora. ABC is also hosting a contest offering a nine-day Tahitian getaway that includes a stay at the Le Taha'a.

Where To Find The Bachelorette's Dennis Bracelet

On the ABC TV show, "The Bachelorette" it's often the little things that make the difference, sometimes it's a serenade, sometimes a thoughtful gift. For Cape Cod bachelor Chris Lambton a small trinket from home seemed to sway Ali Fedotowsky's heart. The Dennis bracelet, also known as the Cape Cod screwball bracelet is a local favorite well-known to Cape Codders and tourists alike. On last night's episode, Lambton's sisters showed Ali that they all had similar bracelets and that it is a family tradition.

The bracelets are made by Eden Hand Arts, a small shop off of Route 6A in Dennis. The original bracelet which features a silver band with a threaded screwball clasp was first designed by John Carey and is still made on the premises by John's son-in-law. The design is often copied but newer Eden bracelets bear an official silver tag. Other styles and neckwires are also available although you might have a wait right now as orders for the already popular keepsake have spiked because of the television show. This is one gift you can't order online. You can contact them by mail through their website but it's best to make the pilgrimage to the small store which is only open through September 4.
