Like the 68-year-old actor himself, this home has a charmingly lived in quality. The home was built in the 1970s and is on a 1.15 acre lot in a gated equestrian community. The home has six-bedrooms, some tucked under the eaves of the home. This is a family house and there are plenty of rooms for hanging out including a sunken den with a fireplace, family room and a billiard area. The house has a wooden spiral staircase, brick fireplaces and stained glass windows in many places, even in a shower. Although much of the house looks unchanged from its earlier years the kitchen has remodeled with Poggenpohl cabinets, granite countertops and Viking stainless appliances. The property includes a pool, tennis court and a greenhouse. This home is listed at $3.25 million with Susan Stark of Gibson International.[via Move Trends]
