The latest hotel to
go condo is the Casa Del Mar, a hotel located in Vilano Beach near
downtown St. Augustine, Florida. The hotel will offer 94 residences in a choice of 19 floor plans. The condos will cost
from $329,000 to $1.8 million and there is a rental program. Many of the condos overlook the ocean and they all feature
a granite wet bar, refrigerator and microwave. Hotel amenities include a heated pool, whirlpool spa and fitness center.
Amenities at the Casa del Mar include heated pool, whirlpool spa, large sun deck, fitness center, conference room and a
breakfast area. The co-tel is ideally situated to take advantage of the new town center being created for Vilano Beach. The center includes outdoor cafes, shops and offices all linked
