Lee Hale Bird Feet Candle Holders

If you're looking to put some "creepy" on your table then these Lee Hale Bird Feet candle holders could be what's missing. I'm all about the outdoors and generally gravitate towards things with a natural theme, but these decapitated bird feet are not appealing to me at all. They even look a little violent, what with the big claws and all.

But obviously somebody in the world must love them, and differences in taste is what makes everything interesting. So if you think these are beautiful then great for you -- just 60,000 yen for the pair.

Arim Candle Holder and Bud Vases

These Arim Candle Holder and Bud Vases are inspired by contemporary influences combined with ancient Turkish forms. Mouth blown out of lead-free crystal, the slim stems and pastel coloring fits well with their name (arim), which in Turkish means "sweetheart." It's too bad they don't make a variety of sizes, as I'd love a grouping all bunched together with white blooms in each, but that's not to say one as part of a summer centerpiece wouldn't be gorgeous also. They are only available in two colors, green and blue, and are actually quite tall at 14". $215 each.

Mistic Candleholder/Vase

While the Mistic Candleholder/Vase looks a bit busy in this picture, in person it is simplicity itself. The vase is made out of seven delicate, intertwining glass tubes that blend in with the background much more easily when not placed up against a white background, as they are here. Each of the tubes can serve as a vase, preferably for long-stemmed flowers, and with the use of a set of Mistic Candle Cups ($80), it can become a candelabra. You can even arrange a combination of flowers and candles with it, which is not something that can be done with most candleholders. It measures 17.7" W x 10" H. Price: $500.

DL & Co. Claw Candle Holder

DL & Co.'s Claw Handle Holder is unique, to say the least. The creepily gothic porcelain piece is a "chalice perched atop a flower, sprouting from a branch, which is placed atop the shape of a pheasant's foot." It's intriguing, but might make a better Halloween decoration than everyday accessory - unless the room you need to access0rize is your secret lair. It is available in both white and black. Price: $150.
