Brentwood Estates, Estate of the Day

Braden Keil of the NY Post alerted us to the fact that Rick Hilton isn't just a hotel heir, he also develops high-end real estate in Southern California. This home is the last of his Brentwood Estates projects. The property is impressive. A home with views of the sea and the mountain, it also has its own one-acre vineyard, tennis courts and a large pool house. The house itself is huge, a sprawling nine-bedroom Mediterranean with exposed beams, wood floors and large stone fireplaces. The kitchen is one of the largest I have seen and the wine room is equally spectacular. The home has a virtual tour but I advise turning the sound down on on your computer before launching. The home is listed at $29.5 million. After the jump, luxury, HIlton-style.
