Adrian Beltre in Bradbury, Estate of the Day
Professional baseball player Adrian Beltre moved on from the Los Angeles Dodgers way back in 2004 but he still has a home in the area. The Los Angeles Times reports that the Red Sox third baseman and his wife Sandra have listed their lavish home in Bradbury, California. Bradbury is in the San Gabriel Valley area outside of Los Angeles. The home is on 4.16 acres in the exclusive Bradbury Estates development. The custom Mediterranean-style home has a dramatic entrance with a 35' custom painted ceiling, inlaid marble floors, a crystal chandelier, and dual staircase. The property also has a three-bedroom guest house and a pool cabana with a full kitchen. Seattle Mariner jerseys hanging in the downstairs bar area testify to Beltre's time with that team. There is also a lavish home theater with cozy leather seats and a couch in the back. The home is large and full of every possible amenity except bright colors, beige and dark wood predominate, making the home a bit of a luxury bore. The rec room has a batting cage and other sporting opportunities include a tennis court, golf holes complete with putting greens and sand traps, tennis and basketball courts and an infinity pool. This property is listed at $19.8 million with Sotheby's Realty.
