The 2008 Victoria's Secret Fantasy Bra has been unveiled. The latest version modeled by Adriana Lima is named the Black Diamond Fantasy Miracle Bra. it was created by jeweler Martin Katz and is set with 3,575 black diamonds, 117 certified one carat white round diamonds and 34 rubies. Victoria's Secret joins the Academy Awards swag parade with their annual gift to the best actress nominees. Women's Wear Daily reports that the gift includes a strapless bra that comes with a white gold chain with bearing 14 diamonds ( a total of around four carats) and a pavé diamond circle at the center of the bra and there is also a lip gloss spangled with diamonds and pink sapphires. The question I have is how does Vicky's know what bra size the nominees are?
The holiday season for Victoria' Secret always means a beautiful woman in a jeweled bra. This year Karolina Kurvoka does the honors, modeling the 2006 Fantasy Bra. This year's bra is worth $6.5 million and is studded with more than 2,000 Hearts on Fire diamonds with a 10-carat diamond brooch centerpiece. No one has ever bought one of the bejeweled bras but hope springs eternal. Kurkova adds her own endorsement to the sales pitch saying that it "it doesn't dig in" Good to know. No one wants an uncomfortable diamond bra.
