Lightbourne
House is a place of tropical glamour. Originally built by Bill and Babe Paley (he was the founder of CBS, she was a
legendary icon of style) in the early 1960s as a family retreat, Lightbourne House is located in the Lyford Cay enclave
near Nassau, Bahamas. The home is an eight-bedroom, fully-staffed oceanfront villa filled with European and Asian
furniture, art and antiquities. Lyford Cay also includes its own security service, 18-hole golf course, tennis, a
marina and several restaurants. This famous getaway is now available for short term rental use and rents for
$8500 per night during the month of January.
