As much as we love big cats and bush dogs, our favorite kind of predator is still made by Sunseeker. The Predator 108, to be exact, is the one with all the teeth and claws to get our attention. More precisely, it's the Sunseeker with the stowed Caterham 7 that kills us. that However, you probably didn't know there are two larger Predators and a surprisingly complete range of other Sunseeker motor yachts and cruisers from which to choose. To remedy those regrettable oversights, Sunseeker has released an app for your iPad that will get you caught up on all the latest. And Sunseeker itself says that this is the first step toward making one of its sailing yachts and motor yachts yours. That means you can't consider yourself wasting time with this app. You're planning for the future.

Haute Guide: New Fashion Phone App

Manhattan's Twitter world will love it. And so will every other smart shopper who doesn't have the time to do her own fashion research. The Haute Guide, a shoppers must-have, is available on iTunes for a one-time only $4.99. It is compatible with the iPhone, the iPod Touch, and the iPad. Just launched, this new app is the brainchild of Abbey Samet, Fashion Director at Macy's. "Our guide is like a personal shopper who edits the vast shopping environment in Manhattan and provides users with fashion-forward suggestions," says Samet.

Don't think a "Zagat for fashion" as Samet has taken a totally different tack. Her guide is organized by categories----Blue Jean Baby, Knock em Dead Accessories, Hamptons Weekend, Great Outdoors and much more. Within each shopping category, the App lists stores alphabetically. Another way to use the guide is by neighborhood. Let's say you find yourself in the Meatpacking District with a little free time,"the Haute Guide will direct you to the most exciting and inviting shopping environments in that area, along with a snippet of a trend or designer information," says Samet.

Another innovation, aside from up-to-the-second fashion info, is a cost-rating system so you can shop within your price range. You will need this as Samet likes top designers. Some of her fave places to shop "at the moment" are Balenciaga, new-ish Isabel Marant, All Saints, and Aloha Rag. Fancy a Saab 9-5? Then Get to Know it with Saab's iPhone App

Saab wants you to like its new 9-5. Based on the reviews the brand-new-and-free-of-GM sedan is getting, that shouldn't be such a hard thing to do. But until you're actually in the showroom singing on the dotted, Saab believes a little persuasion in its favor wouldn't hurt things, and portable persuasion would hurt things even less. That's how we get the Saab 9-5 app for iPods and iPads and iPhones.

As per usual, you can watch videos, admire the plentiful photos Saab has taken of the car, or dress one up yourself and spin it around just like you do with your significant other at Saks. When it goes on sale it will start around $38,000 and climb all the way up to nearly $50,000 for a loaded Aero model. So if you want to save time at the dealership figuring out how much quirkiness you really want to buy, the iTunes app store is where you should be headed.

Men's Sartorialist Alan Flusser Introduces BeSpeak App for your iPhone

Alan Flusser is a Coty award winner, author on the finest points of menswear, designer of the clothing for Wall Street and Scent of a Woman, and a permanent member of the International Best-Dressed list. After 31 years of men coming to him to find out how best to attire themselves, he has developed an iPhone app called BeSpeak which means that now Alan Flusser comes to you.

Not at all a cookie-cutter app – come on, we're talking about the tailor who wrote Clothes and the Man – you build a personal profile includes your hair color, skin tone, eye color, face shape, body shape and size. The recommendations provided are based first on that profile, and then based on matching all of the colors and patterns of the items you'll be wearing (suit, dress shirt, tie, and pocket square).

You pick a color or a pattern, and it will suggest complementary colors and patterns to go with. Never again will you have someone examine your shirt, tie and pocket square with that silent look of, "What happened there?" And unlike going to New York City to imbibe the live-action Flusser's advice, the BeSpeak app is free. It is currently only for formal attire and suits, but more casual tips will come soon. You know what that means, those of you who wish to dress well: you have no excuse not to.

New App Lets You Customize Your Dream Rolls-Royce

If you want to be really good at something, the prime directive is always this: practice practice practice. That goes for running just as much as it goes for being really, really rich. Rolls-Royce is here to assist on the getting-ready front with an iPhone and iPod Touch app that lets you – the "potential customer" – kit out their newest ride, the Ghost, any way you wish.

A dozen paint finishes make up the exterior options, along with tweaks like visible exhaust tip, Silver Satin hood and various styles of wheels. Inside, eight different leathers and five veneers that include Dark Wenge and Malabar can be mixed and matched to please the eye and touch. If you want to see what others have done, the app also includes a gallery and videos of the Ghost in action and when you're finished, you can save your own Ghost in a virtual garage. Before you dig in, though, you might want to download that dictionary app so you can look up terms like "Dark Wenge." Available in the iTunes app store.

Artfact's Auction Widget Keeps Your Digital Flag in Every Auction

So much art at auction, so few digital doppelgangers to bid on it for you. Artfact Live -- the live auction bidding site for works from houses like Christie's, Bonham's, and so many others -- may have a solution that doesn't involve cloning. Instead, it has created an app that keeps you in real-time auction action for more than 100,000 items of fine and decorative arts, collectibles, estates, and more.

If you're unsure of what to bid on or how much to bid, there's the Artfact database. Have your eye on that LeComte coming up for auction in Paris but need to know a bit more, the database will reveal its provenance, history, what it's worth and why. On the other hand, if you know the LeComte you're after but it hasn't come up for sale yet, you can enter it in the Auction Advisor and Artfact will alert you when that stingy collector decides to relinquish it.

Additionally, the widget lets you place anonymous absentee bids before the auction if you cannot participate, and if you'll be notified if you're outbid before the auction begins. You can also search auctions to see what a particular work or complementary works have gone for. It's not as cool as cloning, sure, but you can spare yourself the ethical considerations and you won't ever have to worry about your clone bidding on that purple glass rooster behind your back...
