Heat Wave Radiators
Knowing our love of artistic radiators the
folks over at Yanko Design sent us the news
that the Heat Wave radiator, the modular radiator with the rococo curves, will be available for consumers. Droog
Design will be selling the electronic version of the radiator which is made of concrete and aluminium consolidated by
glass fibre. The radiatior, which is created of four basic elements can be extended to be as large as desired. The
designer Joris Laarman is also working with the Belgium firm Jaga to create a water version of the Heat Wave which
should be available in the early part of 2007. Droog is currently showing off
the Heat Wave at the Ambiente fair in Frankfurt, Germany.
