Rick Bayless To Open Airport Restaurants

Chicagoan celebrity chef Rick Bayless becomes the latest chef to have an airport presence. The Chicago Department of Aviation confirmed that Bayless will be serving his modern Mexican fare in two new restaurants at Chcago's busy O'Hare airport, one in Terminal 1 and the other in Terminal 3.Bayless is the author of several cookbooks, has his own PBS cooking show and has competed on Bravo's "Top Chef Masters." His popular Chicago include Frontera Grill and Topolobampo. There is also a line of Frontera Foods salsas, soups, sauces and more. The Bayless restaurants are set to open at O'Hare this fall. Several other celebrity chefs including Todd English, Wolfgang Puck and Gordon Ramsay also have airport restaurants.
