While the name "Human Performance Program" sounds a bit
sci-fi (and the creepy DNA logo isn't helping), the White Oaks Conference Resort promises their new program will
"assist top level professionals maintain peak levels of performance through mental and physical well-being."
The program is meant to address the stress and lack of balance that plague stressed-out execs. The Human Performance
Transformation Program is a two-day, three-night event held at the White Oaks Resort in Niagara-on-the-Lake and it
includes yoga classes, lectures, hikes, spa experiences, health and fitness assessments and lifestyle support seminars.
The cost is $1,400 per person and the first of five sessions in 2006 runs March 2-4.[via HospitalityNet]
