Intrawest, which develops resort communities, has announced a new development as part of the Copper Canyon Mountain Resort in Colorado. The Cache at Union Creek is a neighborhood of fully furnished one to four-bedroom units with private entrances and a courtyard with hot tubs. The community is designed as a resort community for those looking for a ski retreat. The residences start in the mid $300,000s. This is the second Intrawest development at Copper Canyon Mountain, they have already been tapped to create the Hard Rock Copper Canyon co-tel as part of an existing collaboration between Intrawest and Hard Rock.
