The Most Expensive Private Music Performances
Filed under: Services, Celebrity Shopping
As far as I'm concerned live music is one of the things that makes a great party great, but it doesn't come cheap! Local bands and gigs can easily run thousands for a good show, so how much to get a real celebrity performance? Forget thousands, you're in millions country. So who's the most expensive act? That would be the Eagles, who set the record back in 2003 when they performed their hit "Hotel California" at a private party in New York for a whopping £4 million. Rounding out the top three are the Rolling Stones (£3.5 million) and Celine Dion (£2.5 million).
