Today's estate in Teton Valley, Idaho has a deadline, September 12. That is when Concierge Auctions will be holding a luxury real estate auction of the Rockin S Ranch, a 57-acre property. The sale is being conducted in cooperation with the Lewis, Lewis & Kleiman team at Sotheby's International Realty in Jackson Hole and there is no reserve or minimum bid but a $100,000 deposit is required.

The log-constructed barn contains seven individual horse stalls, a veterinary and breeding area, office and large tack room. There is also a second-story, two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining and living area and a balcony with a separate entrance. The angler's house offers fast access to the Teton River. There are several spring-fed stocked trout ponds on the ranch, including one with a gazebo and deck located just steps from the main house. A fully lit and fenced sports court is ideal for tennis, volleyball, basketball and shuffle board. The ranch was previously listed at $8.9 million.
