You Missed The Chance To Spend $1 Million On Valentine's Day

It's obviously too late to order this Valentine's Day package so we are just covering it for the gawk factor. Our sibling Autoblog pointed out that the Taj Boston hotel is offering a $1,069,000 "Prelude to a Kiss" Presidential Suite package. The Autoblog crew was all excited because the package includes a 2007 Bentley Continental GT, black with red interior which is worth $193,000, Now a Bentley is a beautiful thing but this package also offers some sparkly treats from one of my favorite places to window shop, Dorfman Jewelers on Newbury Street. The Valentine jewels include a diamond and platinum necklace of 60 oval diamonds (27.82 total carat weight) with a gobstopper 7.35 pear-shape diamond. The necklace comes with chandelier diamond and platinum earrings which combine pear-shape, marquise and round diamonds and total a hefty 18.99 carats. The man gets a set of diamond, lapis and gold cufflinks and four evening studs. The rest of the package includes a night in the Presidential Suite, a six-course meal at Taj Boston Valentine's Day Supper Club, a spa package at EMERGE by Giuliano and a chauffeured trip to the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum's beautiful Court garden (definitely a romantic spot in Boston, a couple of my friends got engaged there).
