Today's estate comes with a discount. According to the Rocky Mountain News, Stephen Jacobsen, who made his fortune with the Denver company Qwest, originally put his Littleton, Colorado mansion on the market for $17 million two years ago. The home, Sognare Estate, is an expansive 23,291-square-foot home on nearly six acres. It has seven bedrooms and the grounds include pools and fountains. It was built in 2002 and has marble columns and coffered wood ceilings. The asking price is now $11.95 million, a 30 percent reduction.
