The wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon made from grapes grown exclusively in the winery's Stags Leap District Estate Vineyards, The wine highlights one distinct vineyard and has a deep ruby color with notes of cherry, cassis and blackberry and layered hints of spice. It earned 93 points and a loving review from Wine Enthusiast and sells for around $60. It makes a natural companion for the heavier food of winter, especially meats and hard cheeses.
