From Berg Properties Big Time Listings:
--Actress Rebecca Broussard, who dated Jack Nicholson and had two kids with him, has put her Pacific Palisades area home, shown above, on the market for $4.995 million. The listing is here.
--The latest round of "whose house is this" asks which celebrity bought a two-bedroom row house on Mildred Avenue in Venice recently.
--A four-bedroom house in Encino once owned by Samuel L. Jackson is on the market for $2.9 million. The listing is here.
--A house in Los Angeles' Toluca Lake neighborhood once owned by Freddie Prinze, Jr. is back on the market for $3.975 million. The listing is here.
--Sasha Madron, who was once married to Sylvester Stallone has listed her 3,405-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills for $2.495 million. The property website is here.
--Another installment of "Which celebrity's house is this?" checks out a six-bedroom house which just sold for $5.8 million.
--Actor Garret Dillahunt and his actress wife Michelle Hurd have paid $1.35 million for a one-bedroom unit in Manhattan's Riverhouse development, the same development Leonardo DiCaprio recently bought into.

--via Dallas Dirt, the Bushes may have already picked out their post-Presidency home in Dallas.
--Bruce Jenner and Kris Kardashian have put their Hidden Hills, California home on the market. It was our estate of the day on Friday.
--The N. Carmelina Avenue mansion in Brentwood, California which Ben Affleck, Judd Apatow and others were checking out has reportedly been sold to the daughter of construction king Ron Tutor. The seven-bedroom home doesn't show up as under contract though it is still listed at $14.95 million.
--TV producer Aaron Zelman and his Cynthia Lamontagne have put their Beachwood Canyon home on the market for $1,999,999.
--Wanda Sykes has bought a modest house in Media, Pennsylvania for $500,000.
--A Chicago apartment that may belong to Oprah is on the market for $6 million. It was our estate of the day on Saturday.
--Rumors have been flying that Madonna and Alex Rodriguez ave been checking out real estate in New York as well as Miami.
--Pauly Shore is renting out his Sunset Strip home for $15,500 a month. The listing is here.
--Doug Ellin, creator, writer and producer of "Entourage" has put his Beverly Hills home on the market for $1.505 million. It is already listed as 'looking for backup ' The listing is here.


From the LA Times Hot Property:
--The Malibu house of hip-hop mogul Marion "Suge" Knight was sold Nov. 21 in bankruptcy court for $4.56 million.
--Olivia Newton John has pulled her Malibu house off the market. It was most recently listed at $11.495 million but had started out at $14 million nearly a year ago.
--I'm a little shocked no one has snapped this one up yet but Nip/Tuck creator Ryan Murphy's home which we checked out as an estate of the day back in May when it was listed at $4.195 million, has been dropped to $3.7 million.
--Mark Wahlberg may be close to selling his Beverly Hills home. He has received an offer of almost $14 million on the home which was listed in October at $15.9 million. We'll be checking it out as an estate of the day later today.
--L.A. Auto Show's Andrew Fuzesi has bought a Westwood-area home for $2,401,000.
--NHL hockey player Luc Robitaille and singer wife, Stacia have sold their Westwood-area home for $3.4 million. It was listed at $3.5 million.

From the NY Post's Gimme Shelter:
--Natalie Portman sold her two-bedroom loft in New York City for $6.55 million and is renting a one bedroom apartment at Downtown by Philippe Starck.
--Matt Damon is checking out $20 million-plus apartments, especially on the Upper West Side.
--Josh Groban is looking to become a part-time Manhattanite. He was spotted touring a two-bedroom duplex penthouse at 155 Perry St. with a $3.85 million asking price.
--Adam Bronfman, the youngest and perhaps least known son of Edgar Bronfman Sr., spent $7 million for a combined four-bedroom pied-à-terre at 170 East End Ave.


From the NY Observer's Manhattan Transfers:
-- Xerox chief Anne M. Mulcahy, who is also a member of President-elect Obama's Transition Economic Advisory Board, sold her apartment at the Grand Beekman on East 51st Street last month to Rober Pelzer, the new chief of Novartis Corp., the North American entity of the gigantic Swiss-based pharmaceutical company Novartis. The price for the three-bedroom, 2,347-square foot condominium was $3.8 million.
--A $43 million apartment has gone up for sale at 2 East 67th. It belongs to Dr. Athanase Lavidas, the CEO and chairman of the Greek pharmaceutical company Lavipharm Group. The listing is here.
--Real estate investor Adam Gordon has listed the excruciatingly Bouwerie Lane Theatre at Bond Street and the Bowery with Corcoran's Robby Browne for $36 million and has also listed his mansion at 26 West 76th Street, with a 1,900-bottle wine cellar, for $25 million. The listing is here.
--Talbott Lea Simonds, grandson of the elderly Pittsburgh billionaire Henry Hillman has bought a $16.5 million townhouse at 69 East 91st Street.

From Newsday's Real LI:
--Designer Derek Lam has purchased a three-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront property in Fire Island Pines with partner Jan-Hendrik Schlottman for $2.15 million.
--Former New York Met Edgardo Alfonzo has lowered the price of his home in Little Neck again. He put the home on the market in 2006 for $8 million and now the asking price now stands at $5.1 million. We'll be checking this one out on Monday.
--An 18.64-acre property in Jericho, once part of the Underhill estate, is for sale for $8.44 million. The price was reduced earlier this week from $9.799 million. The listing is here.

From the Wall Street Journal's Private Properties:
--Ford Models founder Eileen Ford has reduced the price on her New Jersey mansion to $6.5 million. We'll be checking this home out later in the week as an estate of the day.
--Calvin Klein co-founder Barry Schwartz is putting a vacant three-acre bayfront parcel up for sale for $23.9 million, 54% more than he paid in November 2005. Mr. Schwartz and his wife, Sheryl, bought the parcel, with 300 feet on Biscayne Bay, for $15.5 million. The listing is here.
--Stephen H. Gordon, a longtime banking executive who led an unsuccessful effort to turn around Fremont General Corp., has listed his San Diego County home for $12 million.

From Fox News:
--Paula Abdul has reportedly not returned to her Sherman Oaks home since a stalker committed suicide out front. She is planning to put the home up for sale and move into a gated community.
-- Heath Ledger's three-bedroom apartment in New York City's SoHo neighborhood has been taken off the market due to lack of interest.
