The latest is the Remington Hotel Corporation which is launching new co-tels. The Remington Las Montanas Hotel Resort & Spa in Indian Wells,
California will be the flagship property for the new division. The resort is located across the road from the Indian
Wells Tennis Garden and a new center will have restaurants, shops, a 12-plex theater, bookstores, and much more in a
piazza setting. The $200-plus million resort will have condos with two master bedroom suites and private terraces with
outdoor fireplaces. The great room will have a retractable glass wall out to the terrace. There will also be penthouse
