Kevin Pritchard's Lake Oswego Home, Estate of the Day

An article on Oregon Live recently about new Portland Trail Blazers guard Wesley Matthews mentioned that former general manager Kevin Pritchard's home in Lake Oswego, Oregon is for sale. I can never resist a good sports star home so I had to check it out. Pritchard owns a lovely Mediterranean style home right on the banks of Lake Oswego. Pritchard, shown at right with Trail Blazers owner Paul Allen in 2007, spent some time playing basketball in Italy and was enchanted by Lake Como. He rebuilt this home with the idea of creating an Italian-style retreat. The home took several years to complete. The property has a courtyard with a waterfall. Inside, large windows and terraces make the most of the lake views. The home, named Tre Cascate, has a stucco and brick exterior meant to mimic the look of an antique Italian home. Three levels of hardscape patios perch over the tranquil lake. The home has five bedrooms total and there is a small cottage on the property. It is listed at $3.6 million.
