Strokes Guitarist Puts His NYC Apartment Back On The Market

Cityfile reports that Albert Hammond Jr. the lead guitarist of The Strokes has put his apartment in New York City's East Village back on the market for a reduced price. Hammond first listed the two-bedroom pad at 141 East 3rd Street for $1.199 million last August. It went to contract but the buyer dropped out. It went back on the market for $999,000 then went back off the market. Now it's back with an even lower price. The two-bedroom apartment is in the Ageloff towers building and has high ceilings, a renovated kitchen and bath and large closets. The style is hipster casual and there are plenty of bookshelves in the main living space. It is now listed at $899,000.
