Norton Commando 961 S

It's been a while since we checked in with the beefy motorcycles from Norton Motorsports. They are now taking orders on the production series of their 2007 Commando 961 and 961 S. There were 100 versions of the 952 that we mentioned earlier and they all sold out. A $500 deposit gets you a hat, sweatshirt and the promise of a new bike. Production is set to start in mid 2007, Norton will build the 100 Signature Series bikes first followed by the Commando 961 and 961 S models. The Commando 961 will sell for $10,995 and the Commando 961 S will sell for $13,195.
