A new

contemporary design and will be located in an area known as the Alameda Triangle. According to the Rocky Mountain
News, the project is the brainchild of the Rifkin brothers, sons of cable-TV pioneer Monroe "Monty"
Rifkin, and will be named Monroe Pointe. The condos will range from the $400,00s to over $2 million for a penthouse and
the sizes will range from 860 to 5,500 square feet. The tower is being designed by the Davis Partnership and will have mountain views. The existing building is being
torn down and it is expected that the new condos will be ready in summer 2007.
