If you're like me and simply can't do the "rustic" decor, I have something that will help. Artisan Michael Aram has created these lovely vases made of polished aluminum that are meticulously crafted to resemble the trunk of a tree. Seems like a glamorous birch to me. A grouping of these vases would be lovely in a hunting lodge...a hunting lodge in Tribeca perhaps. His other collections are full of items that look as if nature itself had been frozen and cast in bronze. These are a perfect alternative to that stuffed moose head you've been thinking about.
