New Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class Leaks Out Ahead of Debut

Pioneering the increasingly popular four-door coupe segment, the Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class came out well ahead of the competition. So far ahead, in fact, that while rivals are just hitting the market now, Mercedes is already gearing up for the next generation.
When the original CLS ceased production, we knew its successor couldn't be far behind, and now the first images of the new CLS have leaked onto the internet. As you can see, the new model has retained the outgoing one's unique profile, but updates with design cues from the Shooting Break concept. Engines are expected to range from a new 3.5-liter direct-injection V6 all the way up to the 5.5-liter, twin-turbo V8 AMG model.
