Linda Evans

Actress Linda Evans, best known for her turn on Dynasty as Krystle Carrington, has decided to put Beverly Hills in her rearview mirror. The LA Times reports that she has listed her house in the Beverly Hills Post Office area. Evans has stayed away from acting in recent years and is living in Washington to be nearer spiritual guide JZ Knight who channels the spirit Ramtha. In 2009 she won a British version of Hells' Kitchen, gaining the approval of chef Marco Pierre White.

The home is a one-story ranch-style charmer built in 1937. Property records don't reveal when Evans bought the home but it looks like it was some time ago. The home is on half an acre that includes a swimming pool and a rose garden. The four-bedroom main house has hardwood floors, wood beamed ceilings and a country casual style. It includes a large living room with a fireplace, a family room with a bar, and a master suite with a fireplace and two bathrooms. The property also has a detached guest unit. It is listed at $3.295 million.
