Are you in love with all of the boot/shoe that seem to have emerged back into fashion? Check out Kenneth Cole's Boxed in Pumps. They feature an almond toe and a 3 1/2" heel. The velvet shoe laces are an unexpected touch. My instinct is to wear them with pants, but they would probably look best with opaque tights and a skirt.
