At $39,000 this timepiece is the design geek's impossible dream: signed and numbered by industrial design giant Newson, crafted from platinum and featuring a single-shell case and sapphire front.

It's tricky to ignore the price on this ticker, but consider how quickly Newson's 12 Chop Top tables sold out at last year's Design Miami -- at $170,000 apiece.

In the U.S., the Horizon watch is available at Moss, both online and in its LA or NY stores.
