This is the first time the property has been offered on the open market. The property includes a main building with a farmhouse look and views of the rocky and scenic coastline. The Heritage House Inn is located five miles south of Mendocino and rambles over 37 acres that include updated cottages that have LCD TVs, feather beds and woodburning fireplaces. Some suites have themes such as the "Same Time, Next Year" suite which was the setting for the Alan Alda movie years ago. The resort was opened in 1950 has been updated for today's tourist with a spa and a restaurant. Renovations are continuing on the property. This property is listed at $50 million.
