Price Cutting Continues For Hamptons 2006 Designer Showhouse
Filed under: Estates

Here's an update on a home we've been watching since 2006. The Hamptons 2006 Designer Showhouse in Bridgehampton, New York was listed at $27 million when it first hit the market. The house sits on a nearly four-acre parcel with deeded Sagg Pond access and ocean views. The custom home was built by Burns Development and designed by architect Peter Cook (Christie Brinkley's ex-husband). The home was outfitted by a variety of high-end designers including Barclay Butera,Ernest de la Torre and Eric Cohler.
The home has spent the last three years on and off the market. It started at $27 million, was reduced to $24.5 million and then went off the market. The 14,000-square-foot home showed up again in June of this year at a new low price of $16.9 million. Now just a couple of months later Newsday reports that it sits at $15.4 million. Corcoran has the listing.
