The Four Roses Single Barrel Limited Edition 2009 Release will be uncut and not chill filtered and should hit stores next month. Chuck Cowdery received a preview of the limited edition last month and reports that the bourbon has an unusual bite that persists in the aftertaste" with tastes of citrus, licorice, honey, and wheatgrass. Four Roses generally sells for around $40, the cost for the limited edition is usually a bit higher.
