Exactly how long a bottle of wine keeps after it's been opened is a question that has no easy answer, but Eurocave's SoWine bar aims to extend the shelf-life of your half-empty bottles for up to 10 days. Designed as both a preservation and storage system it has two compartments, each with independent temperature control settings, and vacuum seal technology so you can keep a bottle of white wine and a bottle of red wine at the same time. EuroCave 30th Anniversary Collector's Wine Cabinet

We've heard of wine collectors, but didn't quite realize that there were wine cabinet collectors, as well. EuroCave's 30th Anniversary Collector's Wine Cabinet is a limited edition piece from one of the top names in the wine storage industry that is loaded with top of the line features. It has a customizable hygrometry system for maintaining optimum humidity levels and a digital monitoring system that will minimize possible disturbances to the wine. The "cellular quality barrier" walls protect from outside heat and cold and the double-paned glass door is UV treated. The cabinet has a grape-leaf pattern on the door, 14 sliding beechwood shelves and can hold up to 195 bottles of wine. Price: $4,000.

EuroCave Vin au Verre Wine Dispenser

The next step up from the Hammacher Schlemmer open wine bottle system I covered a while back is the Vin au Verre from EuroCave. The Vin au Verre is stainless steel with brass fittings and lets you have eight bottles (four reds and four whites) open at once. You can also store an additional eight bottles at the proper serving temperature. Like the Hammacher Schlemmer product the Vin au Verre uses nitrogen gas to preserve the wine. Once opened the wines are in peak form for two to three weeks. It sells for $4,495.
