John Legend Drops The Price On His NYC Apartment
Filed under: Estates, Celebrity Shopping
Singer John Legend has the same problem as many New Yorkers, a slow-selling apartment. His modest two-bedroom apartment in New York City's East Village has been on the market since late last year. Legend renovated the unit but is selling because the 1,105-square-foot condo doesn't offer him enough space. The apartment has a master bedroom suite that includes a walk-in closet, an open kitchen, built-in sound system and more. Legend was originally asking $1.245 million but recently dropped the price to $1.195 million.
