Kate Hudson's gold Versace dress from the 2003 Academy Awards has been designated the top dress of the decade according to InStyle Magazine. The classic lace gown has, according to InStyle fashion director Hal Rubenstein, a "level of extravagance that just had you gasping." The golden look was accessorized with a diamond bracelet and earrings from Fred Leighton. Other top dressses included Jennifer Lopez's famous jungle-print Versace 2000 Grammy dress slashed to the navel and Anne Hathaway's ladylike crystal-covered Armani Prive gown at the 2009 Acadamy Awards.
