Digital Art Frame Fancies Up Your Photos

Digital picture frames are old news but Casio has put a new spin on it with the Digital Art Frame recently unveiled at CES. The10.2-inch, WSVGA color LCD frame has a series of special effects that can transform snapshots into pieces that look like paintings.Users can create up to eight different styles of art from a photo: Water Color Painting, Color Pencil Sketch, Pastel Painting, Pointillism, Air Brush, Oil Painting, Gothic Oil Painting, and Fauvist Oil Painting. The device has 2GB of internal memory, two SD cards slots, a USB output, and wireless LAN connectivity. It will be available this spring but the price hasn't been announced yet.
