Cynthia Rowley Limited Edition Dress Up Band-Aids
Filed under: Charity, Celebrity Design
Cynthia Rowley has already jazzed up diapers, and now she's taken on Band-Aids. Her limited edition Dress Up Band-Aids ($10 per tin; 20 assorted sizes; 14 designs), created in collaboration with Johnson & Johnson, feature designs that make the bandages look like strips of sequins, gold chains, and lace, as well as square-cut bandages that look like jewels. Packaged in two different arty tins, the bandages help others too: $1 from each sale at Cynthia Rowley stores will be donated to Design Ignites Change, which engages high school and college students in design and architecture projects that address social issues in their communities. Dress Up Band-Aids are available at the Shop at Cooper-Hewitt, as well at Cynthia Rowley stores and her website.
