Daddy O Hotel On The Jersey Shore
Filed under: Luxury Travel & Hotels

The Jersey shore gets a touch of boutique chic with Daddy O, a new 22-room hotel on Long Beach Island that has taken an old beach hotel and given it a hipster renovation. Daddy O has rooms decorated in a contemporary style as well as a restaurant and bar with spacious outdoor garden dining and Daddy O to Go, with takeout food and a full-service liquor store. The hotel is located only one-half block from the ocean and there is a rooftop sun deck furnished with teak chaises and chairs offering views of the ocean and bay. Details of the rooms include flat screen televisions, plush mattresses, fine linens, faux mink throws and pillows, and rain showers in the marble and natural wood decorated baths. Summer rates are in the $235 to $375 range.
